Here at SmartPractice, we stand by our mission to improve world health. Whether by providing the tools and support that make it easier for practitioners to focus on patient care, or by supporting a number breast cancer research and outreach programs.

That’s why we’re proud to announce our most recent donation to the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) to support quicker and more accurate monitoring of breast cancer.

The recent $50,000 donation marks the fourth since 2015, and brings the total to $175,000 that SmartPractice has donated towards TGen’s development of a liquid biopsy. This blood test allows continuous, non-invasive monitoring of the disease during treatment while providing early warning of the cancer’s progression.

“We are so excited to witness the progress that TGen is making toward a simple blood test that can provide a wealth of information about cancer patients to their treating physicians,” said Dr. Curt Hamann, CEO of SmartPractice.

SmartPractice has long supported breast cancer awareness and research. Starting with Pink Ribbon Gloves of Hope, the Pink Ribbon line also includes Recall Cards, Supply Bags, Toothbrushes, and Patient Giveaways.

Because SmartPractice donates a portion of proceeds to fund breast cancer research and outreach programs, patients and dental teams alike can feel good about using Pink Ribbon products. When you implement these cause-related products into your practice, you’ll show patients you care about their health, while uniting your team and becoming an active part of your community. Together we can help find a cure.
